Went in there this morning and I was greeted immediately. The guy was very friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of most things even with all the stuff going on. Will definitely be coming back and I recomend to anybody needing a new piece!

Prices excellent for a smoke shop yes online is generally better but andys shop brings more to it then that it's got a lot of stuff you'd be like damn I want that and it's not just pipes ...I've live all over Vegas and this is the best smoke shop I've seen

The guy who works in the Rogers location is very unfriendly & rude!!He acts bothered and rolls his eyes when you ask him something I don't appreciate how we was treated each time we came into this store.The guy who works in the springdale store is so much better he was really friendly and very helpful! I give the Springdale location a big thumbs up

Wanted to spend my money locally but I guess Ill just buy online from now on.Maybe the guy was having a bad day but I wanted to spend some money and buy a nice tall bong (over $100 easy). The guy was pretty rude and I changed my mind and decided to just buy online.

Very poor customer service literally come in and I don't even get greeted no kids checked which doesnt me on that but it is there job as well as I'm looking around and not once did I get asked for what I was looking for as well as he wouldnt speak just sat there staring me down honestly worst service I've had with Andy's but I guess that's why i would say go too the one in springdale or fayetteville way better service and also may i add more selection

Extremely overpriced on everything. When we walked in the shop it looked like their were no employees around but the guy was sitting behind the counter and didn't stand up or greet us at all. Ended up going to Happy Daze and we were very satisfied with that decision! We will not be returning

I never felt like they were just trying to sell me something, only the right thing that I needed. I feel like all the staff here truly cares about my personal needs. These people are great to their customers!

I've been here several times before and made great purchases. HOWEVER, yesterday I went in to purchase new glass. After telling them my specifications, it seemed as if it was a hassle to find anything within my size range. After awhile of looking around I was coaxed into buying a piece the clerk favored (probably wasn't selling well) instead of finding something closer to what I needed or telling me to look elsewhere. After getting home I immediately realized the size alone wasn't going to work. They were closed by the time I got home. Called the shop the next day only to find out even if it hasn't been touched, I cannot exchange it no way no how. I didn't want my money back, I just want something that works, may have even spent more to get the right glass. Now I'm stuck with a $170 oversized piece that doesn't function properly or hold water in the second chamber. Not happy with my purchase. Really wanted to love these guys since they're rick and morty fans but it'll be tough after this one.

A bit pricey but, as of today (we visited all 3 locations in Rodgers, Springdale and Fayetteville) we have learned that Andy's is overpriced at all locations. Duncan was awesome though, very friendly and knowledgeable. I though this location and the Springdale location were better priced than their Fayetteville location (which is supposedly the first location he opened up). Idk if he just thinks college kids are idiots and will buy anything or what....but don't go to Andy's in Fayetteville. 80% China glass. Anyway, the Rodgers location was the very first stop on our tour of headshops (we did 9 in one day between Rodgers and Conway). I liked it but didn't find anything that stood out at a price I liked. Did have Arkansas blown glass though (of which Springdale and Fayetteville didn't) and that's a plus for me. I like knowing where my glass comes from (must be American made or ROOR from Germany...no China BS).

Hey man I came in with that green light! Great shop. Great prices with a little bit of everything you could need. Its a welcoming environment with a shop owner that is more then welcome to talk with you and show you around, you don't feel unwanted shopping or like you have someone watching right over your shoulder. I had a great time!
