Cannavine has great employees, always friendly and good products. Plus they are always having some good deals. Buying online and picking up has been nice and simple through the COVID-19.

I'm not very happy about the current restrictions but its understandable and if we all work together, we can get thru this. The online system and processing on-site works fairly well. After commenting about the staff's lack of friendliness, I noticed a recent improvement. That goes a long way with ppl! Faculty is VERY clean and nice, modern design. Keep improving and expanding your line of products! Thank you for your service!Suggestion: When there's a long line, expedite the process by having the person who sits at the door, get the info regarding the order for the next customer (while the current customer is inside) in line and pass it to someone in the back, so the order can be brought up front for payment. Staying one step ahead of the customers is better customer service! You have the technology, just organize your employees. Don't keep us waiting, especially when it's hot outside. THANKS!

Friendly staff members. Great selection for your needs. When it comes to pricing on some items there definitely the 'higher end' cannabis store.

Your dispensary has great product but honestly the guy who was doing the front on Sunday June 14th basically ruined my birthday! He gave my friend the wrong gram and for the rest of the drive to Fort Bragg she and I were beyond beyond upset, couldn't get over how horrible his customer service was! He made it seem like we couldn't even look in the bag to make sure he had our orders right or not, so of course it wasn't until we were on the road again that we knew of this. With this pandemic going on and not being able to go in the back and actually look at the product; the person who is able to, should pay attention to what is going on more so than not! Other than that the product is really good... Sadly though since I am from out of town, I'll probably never go there again when passing through. First experiences are everything, it would have been different if I was from up there and could give them another chance but since I'm not... won't waste my time again, I'll check out the other dispensary!
