Product was ok and the store is pretty but prices are very high and customer service is very low. My first experience was good but downhill after that. Not friendly when you walk in. They were out of a product I wanted to buy and they never called to let me know when it came in. Too many other places to buy from with same if not higher quality and better pricing.

Neat store, high prices and horrible customer service with a misleading name. Go ahead and search online- there are plenty of CERTIFIED ORGANIC CBD products for quite a bit cheaper. None of Joy's products are certified organic. Yes, that may not have been their intent, but if it's in the name, at least have a product to back it up. Also, I had the displeasure of witnessing one of the sales ladies handle a return with the utmost, discriminating immaturity. A poc man entered the store and wanted to return the product he had purchased earlier. The lady helping him was pressing about why he was returning it and upon hearing it, decided to mock the man's nationality with a fake accent. If CBD can't help this type of behavior, then this lady shouldn't be in business at all. I've never seen immaturity like this over a simple return and will be sure to warn everyone to steer clear of this store. Buy local- just not here.

Love Joy Organics in Deerpark. Staff are very knowledgeable about CBD and both product lines they carry. My whole family has been using 180 Pure softgels for 6 months and its been life changing for all. I send anyone I know that struggles with Anxiety, Stress, Pain etc to JO to get the support CBD snd staff can provide!

I was completely uneducated about CBD and I really appreciate how the staff at Joy Organics in Deer Park was so knowledgeable. They were patient with me and answered all my questions without making me feel silly. They did not push the product on me but gave me the time I needed to feel comfortable to try something new. I know that I could call them with any questions or concerns that I might have and they would be happy to help me- that is a good feeling!
