Showed up at 1pm to a locked front door even though the store should have been open since 10am. Once the stoned teenager opened the door for me and explained that the .5ml cartridges containing only 25mg of cbd were $50 I left and will NEVER go back to any American Shaman location.

while visiting in K.C. I needed a CBD oil capsules on Christmas eve. I went here because they were open, and nearby where we were staying. I asked about capsules and they had 2 types. I chose the large bottle which he said was $95. When he rung it up he said oh I'm sorry its $120. I agreed because I had no where else to go. I had to insist on the receipt, & I didnt notice till I got home the receipt says $117, but I paid $120. he must have pocketed the difference. The capsules however are stick & leaking, & unlike other brands I'm also not getting relief like I'm use to.

Came into the store and was checking out my items and the guy accused me of stealing. I told him to search us or call the cops as I am not a thief. He said nevermind you guys just need to get out now. This was the worst experience I have ever received at a store. I am so offended and will not be returning.
