I love this place great atmosphere! I prefer higher thc percentages and this place never disappoints with many new strains out almost weekly not to mention they have vary knowledgeable staff that if you treat them right they treat you like family. This is one of the only places that I go to shop for a product that I dont ever feel rushed or anxious. Peace and love is how I feel when I go into bloom medicinals here is some blue cheese flower I caught a picture of great smooth smoke that gives you an uplifting down to earth high that you can relax to or go to work with

I have bounced around from dispensary to dispensary trying everyone out. Partly to take advantage of the ubiquitous new customer discounts and partly to find the places that I like the best. Bloom Medicinals is one of two dispensaries that are tied for the coveted spot as my favorite. Each place has its strengths and Bloom happens to excel in customer service. As a matter of fact, I haven't been to dispensary that provides any where near the same level of customer service that I have become accustomed to expecting from the staff at bloom! Bloom also offers the most lucrative rewards program that I have seen! There are other dispensaries that are closer to my home, but I almost always drive the extra couple of miles to go to bloom!

Friendly people, fully accessible. People I spoke with were knowledgeable. The restroom was clean and well-tended. It's a little out of my way and like some of the stores, in Bethesda, I felt it was a little overpriced and like most dispensaries they do have some nice deals ... so it's worth checking back if you're a careful shopper.This could easily be a safe, comfortable neighborhood dispensary if you're living in the area it serves.

I had a great experience at this dispensary and highly recommend it. My first visit was seamless, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Prior to coming in I had questions, so I called in and spoke to Rose who was very helpful and finally also spoke to John who assured me that they would accommodate my medical issues and concerns. Once I was in the showroom, Simba was awesome - he is informed and a great listener. He made a suggestion that I am very happy with - I would tell anyone to visit and trust his recommendations.

Low money day, but needed the most for my 24.00 Jasmine, took the time to find the best bang for my 24.00.. Now embarrassed I pull out my 12.00 in change and ragged one's She didn't blink a eye..said it's money sir.. BLOOM ARE THE Kind of FOLKS I like spending my money with. Staff is very knowledgeable, very nice. Will give you any and all information you want, Cullen is great. I went in as a first time patient and he gave me suggestions and what to try out first, some suggestions for next time or to keep in mind to potentially try later on etc. Definitely coming back!

Maryland's Weed Policy is Bull Jive. No discount for weight, and anything decent they sell for $60/eighth. They sell a lot of dud weed too, I never got nothing from my man Esteban that was weak in DC. I feel sorry for the employees.

Awesome variety, including salves & transdermal patches, friendly people & sales that make product more affordable. The patient intake form asks if you need financial assistance. Idk what that entails, but it says a lot about the company because you know they aren't getting a government grant to help people afford medicine.

The pizzas I ordered were cut with unclean pie cutters. The tables had trash and food stuck on them. The staff were friendly but not very helpful - came off like they wanted to walk around with blinders on. I heard a lot of good stuff about this place but walked away disappointed.

Bloom Medicinals is my absolute favorite dispensary to buy my medications from. I love that it is local, close to my home. If you are looking for the friendly neighborhood warm feeling from a business, this is it.I love to visit here for many reasons but one thing that set Bloom apart is the love and compassion that they have for the community. They are always hosting fundraisers or drives for the less fortunate. The integrity of this business is commendable. You are not going to find too many places like this that wholeheartedly cares about consumers and where they live. Another reason is simply the people that work there. Everyone is so friendly and super knowledgeable about medical cannabis. I have learned to much just speaking with them when I visit. They are eager to assist and are very patient when I cannot make a decision quickly. I also love the variety, they always have a nice selection of various cannabis products. The store is always neat and clean. They are one of the very few(only one Ive been to so far) that offer a student discount, which is awesome! I also really like the point program. Whenever you purchase, write a review, refer people etc, you earn loyalty points. Once you generate enough points you can redeem them for money off of your purchases. All in all, one of the best dispensaries Ive visited and that includes other states and countries. Thank you all for what you do!

UPDATE: I had stopped in a few days earlier to get two vape cartridges. I got one vape and one distillate, which was in IDENTICAL packaging. When I tried to make the return, the manager continually talked over me and refused to let me make a swap. Other dispensaries in the area have return policies, and polite and professional staff - shop there OLDER: Called explicitly to ask if they had the item I wanted in stock. Was assured there were plenty Made a trip out just to pick it up. Arrived, took the time to fill out their paperwork. And then got told I mustve been lied to over the phone since the product was out Spend your money and time somewhere else

Im a veteran and patron of this dispensary but after the last visit I must say you may choose another theyre low class because I was accused of making an order for someone on my phone simply because it rang. Turns out it was my wife giving me mail and I proved it but they threw me out because i picked up my phone and told her Im coming out. Im black and if I were some white lady answering for her child I would have been shown courtesy no I was told I could no be served today. Just go to HARVEST theyre prices are better anyway. Even the biracial pockmark face girl was fake and heard my explanation but listened to her racist boss and turned her back. I just gave her a look of displeasure because now I have to drive to Rockville and go to Harvest.

I love this place. Hard to say which is better: their staff or their product selection.Your experience will look like this: you go into the waiting room and check in. This takes a few minutes if you're a new patient, after that you usually can go straight in. There might be a short delay as they only allow so many people into the back at one time. I think maybe 2 or 3. However, that means you can always get 1 on 1 help from one of their staff, which is good, because their menu spans TVs. It would be overwhelming if they weren't so good at helping you find the right product for your needs.Once you decide what you want, use their fee-less ATM to take out cash, and make your purchase.What you go home with has been lab tested, so you know exactly what you're getting. Not just the cannabanoid profile, but the terpene profile as well. They also have daily specials, a rewards program, and host events.My biggest problem is actually their parking lot, it's high-throughput and kind of tight. There is accessible parking right in front of the shop, but if your mobility is ok you might find it easier to park in an adjacent lot and walk over

Great store, accessible location (via public transportation as well, bus stops are close by), but the parking lot itself is absolutely crazy some times. Prices are comparable to other dispensaries in the area, but there are a few types of discounts that you can have applied to your purchases. Once I realized that in addition the the cannapoints they give for regular purchases to count towards rewards, there are also discounts for students (and others, cannot remember what they are as I only qualified for the student discount). I also appreciated that the discount is programed into the system so everyone knows you have it once you get into the back, you don't have to remind them to make sure you get the right price. They also have a very good rotating selection of sale items, which I appreciate. Although my student discount does not count towards sale items you can use cannapoints for anything, even sale. The selection is great as well. The menu is sort of hard to read in the store itself - they have a number of flat screen tvs with the product names on it but there are so many items that it's hard to read in the store. Overwhelming. I try and always check out the menu before I come or in the parking lot. Overall, a very great place to shop!
