Owner was on site when we went in today. He is very friendly and knowledgeable on not only the products they have, but the ones they are getting. Nice to have a shop this close to Maryville with reasonable rates and great service! Going back next week to pick up a gadget he showed us and was willing to hold back untill we could come back. I find this a place with friendly, educational and up to date info on the CBD items. Along with useful info on how to get your medical marijuana card. Even a qualified physician to get you started with the legal prescriptions and evaluation. Very friendly and willing to share their knowledge.

This place is fantastic. With Amendment II passing, the corner of 22nd and Mitchell is revitalizing. The addition of Holy Cow Creamery is just another indication that the passing of this law is already improving our community. The little sign shenannigans they have going with the guy across the street at Twilight Gardens is fantastic and I encourage Holy Cow, Little Ceasers and the quick lube to get in on the act.

Terrible experience. The guy didn't know what he was talking about. I told him I wanted something a little higher than the 300 I had been using. And I told him I cannot do thick liquids so I had to stay with the oil. Every question I asked he had no answer for and he reached way up above the shelves, grabbed the only bottle up there and said this is the best we have, its 1000. Again I asked if it was regular oil because I cannot do thick liquids. He told me it was no different than the consistency of the 300 I was taking. Anyway besides the guy not knowing anything, he sold me the thickest, black tar substance that was so thick it wouldn't come out of the bottle when I tipped it upside down. I called to tell him that he sold me the wrong thing because I specifically told him what I wanted but he didn't listen so I needed a refund. Ha, they jipped me and I don't get my money back which was a lot of money. I'll definitely be getting ahold of the person/people that will do something about it. The BBB is a good place to start. Every other REAL CBD oil companies have refunds. This 4 after 20 does not. So beware because they ripp customers off.Yes it did make me sick because I was given something I specifically didn't want or asked for. So as you have skirted around my whole point of a REFUND because as I stated, all other legitimate CBD sellers have refunds for their customers who didn't like the product, get full refunds because they 'take care' of their customers whether its been opened or not. That's what real businesses do for their customers who don't like their product. Plus you should have employees that know everything about what they're selling so that others don't have the same bad experience as I had. So again, if you're going to sell products but a customer is given something that they specifically made very clear they did not want, then as a legitimate business who should take care of their customers (as ALL legitimate businesses do)and make it right. But all you're doing is making up excuses to cover your own a**. So as I said in my first comment/review, not giving customers who are supporting your business full refunds will definitely fall in the hands of the BBB and Fox4 news crime/scammers stoppers so that this will not happen to anyone else.
