Terrible Customer service. First, my hemp seeds did not grow (which arrived a month after I ordered them), Second, after my second order of seedlings, I still hadn't received them after 3 weeks. Couldn't reach customer service for a long time. Finally did a week later, and was told they would be send out the following week (again, to be received a month later). I finally got a random refund for my order with no explanation. They won't answer e-mails, nor will they pick up their customer service phone.

Just informed them that everyone else sells the same brand kratom for half the price. Marcus replied that I am more than welcome to buy elsewhere. That's fantastic Marcus, who knows how much money you could've just made but didn't.
