No one has better edibles!! I dont eat chocolate anymore. The cheesecake is yummy. The beverages are perfect size and 40 mgs is perfect for me. The gummies come in small sizes so you can micro dose all day. My issue is theres no heights location. When I bring that up they talk about across from the VA, at San Pedro and Gibson. The location on 4th St. was my number one place since the beginning. Theres no location off Montgomery near Louisiana or San Pedro like so many other dispensaries. Luckily, theres many other options more conveniently located.

Unfortunately Minerva has been unable to stay my hand from leaving them yet another bad review. As I preclude in most of reviews as a well-respected local guide and public figure in the local business scene I usually never leave bad reviews. So it is genuinely earned. When I say every dispensary I mean every other dispensary in New Mexico has a guarantee on their products and will gladly refund, return or exchange a product if it causes medical distress or fails to work in a way that is congruent with the needs of a patient in order for them to find a product that works for them as long as no more than 20% of the product is used. I had gotten a high CBD edible product that caused me some of the worst anxiety I've ever had in my life from a dose lower than I typically take, a very low dose for me. It took two different doses on separate days to realize it was the edibles. They instructed me that they don't exchange, refund or return anything that has been opened. This is also the same company that told me on two different occasions that I do not qualify for any freebie unless I purchased a smokable product. That they would not make any exceptions or allow for an edible product for anyone and flat out told me that unless I smoked that I was not getting any freebie of any sort, regardless of personal and medical conditions preventing me from smoking. I am only leaving 2 stars at this facility because of the cashier's compassion enough to give me a reduced store credit for a low CBD edible product against the store's policy. It took more effort than I had hoped to convince her to do it. She was kind and compassionate but was severely limited in her ability to display it based on the store's policies preventing compassionate distribution of a product that should have been backed by a guarantee of satisfaction to receive medicine that works. They are more expensive than most places besides Verdes but even Verdes is no questions asked as long as you didn't use more than 1/4 of the product. I've been asked by the administrator of this Google page to reconsider coming back to Minerva to get a different experience and their policies always drive me away. It's a mall shop for people to find a cool, chic place to buy cannabis but a few of their policies to me are miles below the state standard. Less 'selling' and more compassion as a distributor will bring Minerva into the standard that every other dispensary in the state has set. The only reason this industry was even allowed to come into existence was based on compassionate distribution and unfortunately at Minerva the compassion ends when the cash register is closed. Again I want to give thanks and accolades to the kind cashier who did what she knew was right to make the situation work for me as a consumer.

Very knowledgeable and great products! A really nice tech there named Bryc helped me and took some of his own tip money when I was short so I could get some edibles. It is rare quality for customer service. I will come back when I have more money and will be a repeat customer. When im ahead I will definitely tip him very well.
