Compassionate Hearts, LLC - Medical Cannabis Card Assistance & CBD Store

I called Compassionate Hearts in an attempt to establish a new provider, I had dealt with them previously and had a great experience, but they were not able to help me at that time. This time however I did not make it more then 2 minutes into the phone call. My phone call went as such, 'Hello, Compassionate Hearts.' 'May I ask who I'm speaking to?' I asked. 'May I ask who I'M speaking to?' She replied. Now this immediately rubbed me the wrong way. I've worked many jobs that required me to interact with people on the phone and I would never have dared to include the attitude or tone in which she replied to me, especially when your job is customer service. What I had expected was, 'Compassionate Hearts this is such and such speaking, how may I help you?' To which I would have replied accordingly, but that was not what happened. So I replied very coldly but accordingly instead and I fully intend to take my business elsewhere. If you are incapable of handling a phone call professionally, then you do not deserve to handle any further business from me.

The Staff at Compassionate Hearts ,had just that. compassion for helping others in need. They were great and very knowledgeable.
