Never a bad experience. Went in today to replace my broken vape pen and was interested in trying a different model, the man behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me pick one out. Always friendly fast service. Good job.

Literally the worst experience. The guy was playing super smash bros and didnt know anything about my tank. Ended up selling me a new tank for a mod that doesnt fit mine, refused to return it, charged me double the price of the e-liquid only going in the store for a 7 dollar coil and a 20 dollar bottle of juice ended up getting ripped off 35 dollars for a tank thats not comparable with my mod and over charged 32 for a bottle of juice. Really was a let down and the customer service was extremely poor.
