I shopped here for several weeks. I received the incorrect item in one of purchases. This turned out to be an error on the part of a new employee. The GM reached out to me after she learned about what happened and offered to make it right. She showed me the true spirit of this shop. She apologized and replaced my order. More importantly, she showed me that she really cares about the shop and her customers. I could not be happier with the way this situation was handled, and I will continue to be a regular here.

The employees have always been friendly and helpful to me. My needs are mostly for pain and sleeplessness but they have been informative and taken care of me every time. Plus they offer regular discounts for different days of the week!

The service was pleasant enough, but man, If I pay $10 for a pre-roll that is under a gram it should at least burn properly. Halfway down I couldn't pull from it so I had to cut it up and put it in a glass piece. I spent $16 and I ended up with under a gram and a half between 2 J's and there really wasn't any cheaper options. Easily the most expensive place in the area. Too rich for my blood.
