She always followed up on any work order to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. Her professionalism, care and concern goes without question. My daughter was in the process of getting a place for her and I while I sell my home. Based off the attitudes of the front desk personnel and how threatening they were with her. We will be looking elsewhere. I feel bad for those who use JWC for property management because you are missing out on quality tenants based on representation of JWC**Based off their response**It is policy for their front desk personnel to be threatening and they have admitted to it.

BAD Real Estate Company .. would not recommend. I have looked at several of the homes they manage and its apparent they do not protect the investor's properties. Several of the homes were in great neighborhoods too, but the JWC homes were in terrible shape.It was apparent they had been neglected for a long time. I doubt JWC ever did periodic inspections or drive- bys of the properties.The owner of one home seemed so distraught after JWC mismanagement (trashed home on move out) that they immediately put the home up for sale with another brokerage.The home sold afterwards for a much lower than market price. It was in a beautiful rural subdivision on a large lot . Shows how important it is to choose the right property manager.. don't be fooled by JWC's fancy Real-estate office ...Be sure to read ALL JWC property reviews that are available online. Update 6-29-2020.. JWC just responded that I was not a customer, and was not given permission to see or be on the the property. This is totally false, JWC had the home 'For Lease' on many internet sites for a good 3 weeks before I traveled to see it. I had emailed them several times and was told I could look at outside. ( Also see' For lease' sign in front yard in pics I took) JWC also did not market the property for sale afterwards as they seem to imply. Another, totally DIFFERENT Real estate brokerage listed the home for sale afterwards, and sold it. I know because I made inquires with the other brokerage into buying it. It was clearly apparent the owner was not happy with JWC. Shame on JWC for making very inaccurate and false statements on top of being bad property managers. WOW.
