Used to be great. But new management is slowly raising the prices, belittling customers and making the set up of deliveries an absolute nightmare (which is a big deal since they're in the middle of nowhere). Too bad, I would've given them 5 stars just 6 months ago, but a manager who mocks customers and worse? They'll shut down soon for sure. Highly recommend *anywhere but here*. Also their oil is super undistilled (it's dark and tastes off) and the 'rosin' is like soup save for one or two strains. So it certainly isn't helping that quality control apparently doesn't exist. But hey, they lab test, so you know exactly how much THC is in their junk. Spoiler- in their flower, it's not much. I definitely rode the 'this is medical so it must be better than the alternative' train for far too long. This is not a medical facility and they are not equipped to deal with or recommend for medical issues. These are slimy drug dealers with gangster mentalities towards their 'patients'. Period.

With Rec established in MA and all the great homegrown flower in VT you are really wasting your time paying this much for a product that could easily be sold out by the time you get there. With the money it takes to sign up and get through the door (over $150) you could drive to MA and have a real selection or buy an oz of VT homegrown

Great product! Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. I had given them a 5 star review, but I'm currently decreasing my rating to 4 stars. The reason for this is the lack of product. They frequently run out of certain products because they are currently unable to meet the demand. This is most likely due to the 150+ new patients they gained in the past few months.

The people at grassroots dispensary are accommodating and friendly in person. That is if you can get in there. Ive been a patient there for a year now, and more times than not when Ive called for appointments I was not able to get in. They told me they had too many new patients that they needed to accommodate, yet theyre closed on Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday! On top of that the last time I went they only had two flowers to choose from. Ive considered switching dispensaries but there is a charge with the Department of Public Safety to do so. I considered growing my own at home, but could not get any help from grassroots dispensary with that as they do not have any seeds or clones available. All in all Im quite disappointed. Ive found Good Grows Indoor in Rutland Vermont to be very helpful on the phone and in person when it came to every aspect of my Indoor grow. Hopefully there will be more places to choose from now that its legal.

I work monday through Friday in Burlington. I chose grassroots because they had saturday hours. Now, not only do they not have saturday hours but the choice of bud is so limited. Sometimes only 3 choices. Im disappointed because for those reasons. Im not negating the fact that the staff is so very nice. Get it together or customers are going to pay the $25 to change where they get their medical marijuana.
