The staff at Avail is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Able to answer questions and offer advice on not only juices but devices as well. Josh is always nice to talk to and has a lot of good insight. Josh also remembers what we talked about the last time I was in.

High prices and you have to register your ID to buy. Very sketchy reasoning 'for FDA purposes' no other vape store does this.

I've found this shop to be warm and welcoming. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Angel once took apart one of my devices, thoroughly cleaned the mod and tank while demonstrating to me how to care for my device. Incredible! I like their selection of juices, both the Avail flavors and a rare splurge into the Glas flavors they offer. I also enjoy the discounts, early notifications, and savings available with Avail's 'membership' program (lifetime cost: $1). They are my go-to shop.

Good store with a lot of options for mods and tanks and juices that prices seem to be on the very high-end for the juice
