I've been hung up on twice and both times all I want is to get my RX filled. When I call the front of the store they tell me to call back and ask for the Pharmacy and boom hung up on again. How does one get meds when the Dr says they've been sent and CVS just hangs up on you.

CVS is a wonderful store, the employees go out of their way to help you, we are like a family, they truly tend after their customers, and are wonderful people!
