I have had a prescription for over 3 years set on automatic refill for the last 4 months its been up 1 to 2 weeks past due on filling.If I dont have this medicine I break out in large blisters after about 2 days.So past the first month I went in for 3 months and reminded them to reorder.This month I did the same and told it would be there on Friday May 23 2020.i was out on the 15th.So its been 2 since I reminded them to refill.When I spoke to the pharmacist it had not been ordered even though I went through drive 7 days ahead to asked them to remember to order.For 3 months.He found a refill at another cvs 15 miles away.Before I left store I asked the pharmacist to record because refill will be due June 15 2020 about 2 weeks he respond I will do if that makes you happy.What will make me happy is not have to come monthly to remind you and still not my medication 1 to 2 weeks.To not have large water blisters.Or to drive 15 miles to pick up from another store.Basically to be treated as a loyal customer for the past 15 years.And every once in a while answer the phone or hire someone to answer phones and order medications.

I read reviews. I refuse to deal with a pharmacy that cares so little they don't answer the phone. I was going to transfer all my medicine but now have been on hold too long.Well. I spoke to a manager after trying again...phone was disconnected. I even asked him to walk back there very nicely....he couldn't and the phone went dead.Why would I transfer all my medicine to a pharmacy that can't bother to at least take a call. SColumbiana CVS. you are not going to get my money now. It's a small town...so what's up?I have a chance to edit. The pharmacy obviously has issues as does management and I NEVER do this kind of stuff. I was told many people have complaints...by that manager. Hmmmmm

Very poor customer service in Pharmacy Dept. Stayed on phone call hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone from pharmacy to answer to check on my prescription. So while on hold I drove to the CVS to see if there was a legit reason for no answer. Nope, they were not busy at all, just not answering calls. The front desk clerk didnt try to address this issue when I called and spoke to front desk about the pharmacy not answering. ..... Your move, Management!?
