Staff is great. Store is nice. My only complaint is that vape juice is expensive. $31 for a bottle of juice. I do pay it because their juice that I buy is clean and great tasting. Which is Pacha Mana brand, but if they stop carrying it I will go back to Kickin My Habit where a bottle of juice is $20. Have tried Avails brand and it is not as smooth or fruity. Gave 4 stars due to high prices.

It's a pretty store front but AVAIL is owned and backed by big tobacco. I quit to stop funding them, I don't care how nice or knowledgeable their employees are, they won't get my money. I'll spend it at Kickin Ash, or EcoSmoke.

Don't purchase from here. I bought a vape from here 15 days ago and went to charge it (I don't use it much) and It wouldn't charge so I went in today to exchange it and was told that they would not exchange it b/c it was outside of the 14 days since I purchased it and the manufacturer warranty was up. I looked at the warranty card and it said 90 days and the receipt from their store said 30 days, when I showed the manager this she said 'so with that warranty it is up to manager discretion to replace and from what is wrong with it, It looks like it was misuse.' They then told me that the reason it wasn't charging was b/c the charger port was lose, however there are no other signs of damage. She refused to replace it b/c 'the other vapes of that same model they have in stock don't have loose ports.' This is why it's a defect. I WILL NOT be purchasing from here again, the only reason why they are getting 2 stars is b/c the store is set up nicely and the guy who sold us the equipment (Ben) was awesome. However this manager was nothing but rude, the only reason she didn't want to replace it is b/c that model was on sale and this would have pulled one out of her stock that she couldn't sell so she would get less commission.

Honestly I would avoid this place at all costs. The interior is well designed and everything looks nice but I felt like the staff was just pushing me into what made them the most money. I came in looking for an Orion pod system and was the employee tried immediately to steer me in a different direction. The prices are also higher than most other vape shops in town. Not an awful experience but you could do better.

Waste of time!!! Their computers couldnt scan my i.d so they wouldnt sell me a 4 pack of Juul pods, yet when I'm 30 yrs old & I presented a state issued driver license that works just fine everywhere else. They still typed in my address into the system, without even asking, so now I'm probably going to get junk mail from them when they wouldnt even sell to me. The employee said it would help if I had shopped their before but how would I, when their computer wont even scan a government issued i.d.

There is a 14 day delay on coupons. Was pretty irritated to find that out. So if you spend 100 dollars with them, you'll get 10 off your next purchase. But apparently it doesn't work like that. Manager looked at me like I was crazy but I showed him the email... sure enough. Half a month before you get your reward. This is what local customers get.

Wonderful, great customer service and knowledge of the products!The only downside is the prices. I can go to many different places and find better deals but the knowledgeable team makes it worth it. I drive 15 miles to this store and I think that is also worth it. I wish they had more stores in and around Huntsville.

I went to Avail shop to learn more about vaping for I wanted to quit smoking. Erin was very knowledgeable and patient to help me learn more about this capability. Prior to visiting this store, I had tried e-cigarettes commonly found at convenience stores, and I could not find any that were satisfying enough that could replace cigarettes. It is clear to me now that The quality of products sold in this store is going to allow me to kick this habit finally. Erin steered me to products that I now find more satisfying than cigarettes. Eli is awesome and super helpful with everything you need to know. She gets 5 stars even 10 in my book. Unfortunately Erin is the reason this place is getting a one star. She is very rude and lacks every customer service skill there is. I spent over $200 on my first trip to this store buying mods, liquids, and even a battery charger when Eli was there ( I hope she gets commission from purchases) but then a few days later I called the store (Erin had answered the phone) to ask a simple question about a certain liquid I had purchased. The first time I don't even know why she answered because she hung up right away before I could even say anything, but I figured maybe something happened or she was super busy. I called back 15 min later to try again only this time midway through my sentence she hung up again. Totally unprofessional and rude. Very dissapointed. Thought this was a great store after my visit when Eli was working, but now I'm not sure if I will ever go again.

This place looks great but is terrible. Erin has been very rude every time we've been in. The rest of the staff is nice, but clueless about their stock. They charge $1 per person for a 'membership' to use the juice bar and test the flavors. Their prices have anywhere from 60-75% markup from the retail price anywhere else. Seriously, I've been paying $28 for Glas juice. Just bought it from the Glas website for $17.95. Same with Charlie's Chalk Dust. $25 at Avail, $17 from CCD's retail website (with free shipping, too). With terrible customer service plus ridiculous prices, it's no wonder that the store has been empty every time I've gone into it.

Was just there today as a first time, the shop is very well maintained and organized. Tons and of liquids to choose from but all the liquids are very clean tasting and fantastic flavors. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and most of all patient!! I will definitely be doing business there again.

This lovely young lady is Erin a/k/a 'A Aron'. She is the manager of the store. She, Ben and Eli, the employees, are interesting, fun, people. When they have time, I like to just sit at the table and talk. They are all very knowledgable about their inventory. But you don't have to just talk about vaping... All very personable. I would have given them five stars, but perfection is hard to achieve. The store is pretty darned close and the employees are definitely five stars.

I have been to many Vapor Shops in Ga and Al but never again another one, Erin took time to show me Everything, how to operate, fill, use my new device, never had anyone do that before and she stayed late to help me, so definitely a 5 star rating from me!!!! I was excited about it opening here. I have gone to Avail Vapor while on travel in VA. As I approached the store I noticed the no firearms sign. I then turned around and left. Within the vape community individual rights are so important, but apparently not the ones protected by the Constitution for Avail Vapor. I hope that sign stops criminals from entering their establishment because the law abiding won't be there to assist.
