I do like the people that work there when you need help they will help you and when you take your pet two bath and nails clipped they are good two help and not hurt your pet

This place has got to be the worst grooming service in the history of the world (not an exaggeration). If I could rate it a zero, I would. I took my long haired dachshund in for a simple hair and nail trim appointment and came back THREE and a HALF hours (when there was only one dog in front of her) later to find that she had been badly shaven except her head a tail. She looked like an awful poodle. And they still charged me after me trying to explain to them this is not what I had asked for. I cried for hours after leaving this place, Im so upset for me and my poor puppy.
