Travis is an outstanding individual who's always gone above and beyond with anything and everything I've needed related to firearms. He's very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He does have a sense of humor and likes to crack jokes. I have spent a lot of time and money here as his prices are more than fair. This Doug guy that has posted on here about making a payment with a credit card and then wanting to cancel it and use a check.. I think the response you got was more than reasonable for being such a pain about making a purchase. You're right, he does have a business to run, not deal with childish immature folks who feel like everything should simply go their way and when they don't they write a bad review. Sad really. Don't let one uncalled for review put a bad taste in your mouth about Travis or Sahuarita guns in general. This is a fantastic firearms company with a great owner.
