I went there today because my arm has been hurting for about quite a while, so I went to North Country with the hopes they would send me for x-rays or whatever to find out why it has been hurting and numb, first it took forever for me to get in, then I went there for the hopes of having it taken care of or at least find out what the problem is. Well it was a pretty good visit until the nurse practitioner came in, Collen McWeeney, she gives rude behavior a whole new meaning. First off she treated my like I was some kind of drug addict or something, and she was rude beyond belief, she wanted me to do labs and wanted to refer me to a new Rheumatologist, and couldn't have cared less about my arm or why it was hurting. I would much rather deal with my arm hurting than to ever go back there to North Country again. They use to have a fantastic Dr. there Dr. Jordan, when she left, they went down the tubes. If you need to see a doctor do anything but except don't see Collen McWeeney. Needless to say I walked out without any resolution to my arm hurting so I uess it will either heal itself or not. I can guarantee I won't go back to north country until they get some real doctors there, doctors who care and not nurse practitioners that think they are above everybody else especially Collen McWeeney, it would be impossible for me to believe I am the only one she has ever treated this way.

NCHc has proven to me the quality care from these RNs are better than most college educated(overly hyped) M.D. & DO's in this area. KRMC's resident clinic policy of over medicate( lethal doses of prescription medication)and deal with it later, nope is rather come see Sean.
