First time visiting this location. First time ever posting a review as well. The employees at this dispensary need to be educated on the products they are selling. More importantly they need to educate their employees on customer service. I over heard two employees getting upset at what seemed to be a new patient wanting information on medicine. Correct me if Im wrong but is it their job to know the effects of their meds? What meds are good for what application? They pretty much laughed the lady out of the store and continued to laugh at her lack of knowledge of the medicine she was seeking guidance. My choice is to return to Tru-med where they go above and beyond for their customers and I recommend you do the same.
