5 stars to 2 due to Michelle the lady who takes your IDs/money being insanely rude tossed my receipt in my general direction scoffed thanks a lot. Literally only thing I can think of is I didn't leave my change as a tip?

I like the wide variety DB has. However, some flower was very dry and brittle and seemed as if it had been overdried or old. Definitely shouldn't have been the regular price. As far as staff, it's hit and miss. I either get someone who is happy, loving life and more than willing to answer questions and help. OR, it's the other end of the spectrum; short, blunt and brief and answer questions with very little elaboration. They have no customer relation skills. Getting these dull, discourteous and Ill mannered employees will harsh anyone's buzz and damper the high. Overall, personnel needs to be adjusted but great variety of choices they have.

This place is Horrible. The staff is very unfriendly and rude. I did not have an ID and was refused service. I told the lady at the window she could literally hold my cell phone but I was still refused service! It is not the law to have your ID in order to purchase medicine! So just because I did not have my ID I was refused service and not allowed inside and was told to leave. I would never recommend anyone coming to this place they are very rude and unfriendly. I wish there was a way to give them zero stars
