So I came in today. It was my first time ever using a dispensary, I just got my card last week. I placed my order online, and came in to pick it up. The man at the door was nice, the lady behind the counter was nice. The guy who rang me up was an old friend from high school. I spoke with another guy there who helped me fix my order, and he explained how the taxes on the product work, and different deals they had. I was a bit of a mess, I had an issue with my debit card, I lost my medical card, ect., and everyone there was real nice, and helpful. Great place, Great service, and I will defiantly be back!

I love this dispensary. HOWEVER, you need to check the prices before you pay!!! I have MULTIPLE times been charged the wrong amount. They do not check their prices on leafly.com before opening to ensure people don't get overcharged. A good manager would have the prices checked prior to filling orders since it changes almost daily. I appreciate they honor the correct price (when i let them know) but how many have left and not realized they were incorrectly charged???? Further... the older security gentleman working the front door is the edgiest and most aggressive of all the security guards at any of the dispensaries I've visited in Arkansas. Uncomfortable is saying it lightly how it feels to be approached by this man.

Also do not forget to mention your veteran status (15% discount) or that you could you compassionate care (income based discount for low income people).

Decent place for this area competitive prices, the staff is friendly but their are a few who tend to rush you out. I use the online ordering for pick up it saves time. Pro tip,Make sure to cut open the packaging I've been able to recover a good amount that I didn't see or feel don't waste your medication.

In my opinion.... I think they are very rude. My dad has trouble reading and writing and they are doing online orders so I was going to help him and they were going to call the police. Think they need someone to help ppl that have trouble reading and writing

Every time I go here the cop that checks the card at the front is always so hostile and has a rude attitude. It really makes me not want to go back. Someone working at a dispensary should have a better attitude towards customers or get a different job.

Just got my card. Guess business must be very good because didnt seem interested in having my business. Would have been nice to know that they were only doing online orders; especially since I had just spent a couple of hours on their website. No mention of that or even how to place an online order. The gentleman at the front door pointed to a piece of paper taped to the window letting me know to order at leafly. Seemed real annoyed to have to answer questions. Will probably give them another shot since prices appear to be a little cheaper on their website. Unless, of course, the information on their website is as useful as their business hours listed and how to purchase their product.

Not knowledgeable about laws and regulations. If you don't know how the application works, especially if there are patients from out of state, get informed. Patients may not have the luxury of time, even more so, if they have severe medical conditions. Worst dispensary for price and knowledge. #PureMichigan

Their prices are outrageously high!!! But then you figure gas and transpo from Cotton Plant, AR and it's new and still extremely restricted in state, it's pretty fair. + the fact it's tested and is extremely high quality makes up for it.

Love the staff!! Love how fast I'm in and out.. The only downside they can not keep inventory and what they do keep no one wants!! I have been waiting 3 days for a strain they told me would be ready in a couple hours!! This is the only dispensary I use thinking that might need to change shouldnt have to wait days for my medicine... Hopefully they will start ordering enough or they going to lose people and money!!

Habe been there 3 times all times were very quick and attentive great staff especially Tabitha, very Friendly and Knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't agree with was a lady who brought in her 3 children, if you have 10 customers and they each bring 3 children. That would be 30 children running around in lobby and that would be chaos, on door it says patients with cards only! Other than that this place is awesome!!

I've been to all 3. This place is fast and might not have any specials at the moment but the speed replace that. They go through a lot of supplies daily and will run low. I recommend getting there as early as possible. Nice variety of strains and other products. Nice crew who actually remember your last encounter. I even stress my concerns about the supplies to one of the management team member, who I must say, not only handled my complaint immediately. I will just say, I walked away happy. #GoManagement

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but Acanza makes no effort to consistently carry compassionate care strains.They also keep pre-packaged product (not fresh in a jar) that can be months old, which is more conducive to mold accumulation. If you google the most common compassionate care strains you'll quickly realize that Acanza is likely more concerned with catering to the stoners. They also have a limited number of strains and run out frequently. The Source is worth the extra drive, in my opinion. And Releaf has a great strain selection and amazing deals. Acanza really needs to get its act together, especially since it should be servicing a larger population than the other two dispensaries in the area.

I went on line, seen what they got made my decision when I got there they didn't have anything I asked for. One after the other, out of everything. Only high priced, low quality bud. I asked why don't they fix the internet, and why don't they fix the menu on the wall. He told 'first come first serve'. I LEFT with half the amount and and 5% (THC) lower quality.
