Ive been at the Fayetteville location off Wedington since March 2019 for lower lumbar degenerative disc disease & multiple level bulging discs. At first I was hopeless & helpless to understand my aging bone problem, but with the incredibly talented & knowledgeable staff at SERC, including: Seth, Stephanie, Angelina, Megan, and interns: Logan, Toni, & Jacob, I have learned how to manage my spine & hip issues. This staff immediately KNEW how to integrate all the steps to my maximum healing! I love this staff like family because they gave me a new lease on a healthy management lifestyle! This place is amazing! Seth is the best PT Ive ever known. Hes professional, compassionate and knowledgeable! All the staff is incredible! Ive been struggling with back pain after a major surgery, I really thought I was going to live with back pain forever but starting physical therapy at SERC has helped me to find other ways and work outs to strengthen my stomach and back muscles where I dont have to depend on pain pills so often. Im more functional, more flexible and I can play with my 5 year old son without so much pain. Thank you for helping me! Youre the best!

I've been at SERC for about a year now and they are so helpful. Any problems with insurance is dealt with so quick and easy and the services by the therapists are great! I always feel comfortable there.

The Serc crew is phenomenal. I saw dramatic improvements within three months of working with Seth. What I appreciated most about working with Seth, is that I felt like my thoughts and opinions were truly valued. Everytime I came in with my own research and ideas to what was going on, we would work together to test it out and confirm/deny the possibility based on the results. Also,since I've moved away, Seth has taken my phone calls and really cares about my health even though I can't visit the clinic anymore. Thanks for all the help.

Everyone at SERC is super nice and professional! I dislocated my knee twice a few months ago and Seth did a great job helping me improve my knee strength and making me feel more confident doing heavier activities. I definitely recommend for anyone in the area thats in need of Physical Therapy!
