Customer service is far from decent. I have carried their line since Ive opened my CBD Store and I have never felt so unappreciated or irrelevant from any of my vendors/partners. Ever since Andrew took over my account, I have been talked down to and felt like every time I hang up the phone its as if they dont want my business. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and allowed this for the past few months thinking he was new and just learning. Today I had enough and asked for a manager and his responce was I am the manager. There are so many other great companies out there I cant see any business owner continuing to do business with a company like CBD Living. If there were something less than a one star they would have it.

It made the tension subside and therefore the pain ease. It was as great as medical marijuana for me without the high.
