Today July 5 I had visited about 5 other vape shop's before finally making a call to Vape Boss and I had the privilege to speak to a very respectful young Lady by the name of Juliet R that was able to help me with my question as I made my drive there I was greeted by the young professional Lady that was able to assist me with the part that I needed for my vape THANK YOU

I order some juice from them online and it took them 1 day to make the shipping label and 2 weeks before they drop it in the mail. When the juice arrived, it was the wrong juice, so I sent an email that same day that I got the juice (with pictures or their errors). It took them 3 weeks to reply with a copy/paste email for all complaints, and I had to basically reply to that email with all of the same information as the first email but it has to be in an exact format. I will never shop here again.
