I was a bit unhappy l ask if they had wiped down the basket handles, the guy bringing in the carts said no! you can clean them inside if you want. Well if course I would like a clean cart handle so I did it. Sprouts cleans them for the customer. Plus a lady with no regard to anyone sneezing and no mask. Not very pleasant

Last resort kind of place as it's more expensive than most other stores.

I like to use organic produce in my home, knowing that Clarks carry only organic produce give me a peace of mind

Totally unprofessional !! Clarks nutrition leadership like to use intimidation when speaking to and deal with customers. So I was rushing into work when I forgot my mask in the car. After a few items I was looking around when I realized I forgot. At the point two people were yelling at me and chasing after me I spoke to me Im a. Extremely aggressive manner telling me You have to wear a mask before you enter the store. When I tried to explain that forgot and to apologize they , again with aggression, cut me off and aggressively restating the same point. So, almost from the very beginning it felt like this individual, Crystal, brought another individual, Nick, to intimidate me. There are right ways and wrong ways in dealing with people. Just approach me and simply have a conversation, now, that would have been a stellar way to approach a paying customer. I mean ,hey if you want to shop at store where people the manager is extremely rude, disrespectful, and bossy to customers, feel free. However, Im going to spend my money where the customer is appreciated for their dollar. And this is why online shopping is so great, as a customer I dont have to deal with incompetent Individuals who act aggressively out fear instead of rational thinking. Oh , one more thing, if Crystal is like that with customers. I wonder if she is failing to engage here associates in the same way.

I loved this store while we lived in Loma Linda! The staff was wonderfully friendly, the store was always impeccably stocked with all things good and organic. This was our grocery store, we were grateful for the care and attention to what they kept in stock.
