I do not recommend this place during the duration of the pandemic. Youll probs get sick. No social distancing in line or in the store. The guards/security wont wear masks and make you walk right next them (2ft away) to enter the store. Half the people in line wont wear masks until right before they enter. Hint: Masks are to protect everyone else, not just your own dumb a**. This store is going to put all their customers at risk because they wont enforce simple public health guidelines that are legally required. Also, they stopped taking cards and theyre more expensive than other shops.

This is my first online review of any store/product, online or anywhere else, so maybe worth a little listen.....It was my first time in store this week, and I have to say, Im seriously impressed with my overall experience.The staff are fantastic! Particularly the store manager, Vartan, who deserves a special mention! I met him briefly today, as I had an little issue with one of my purchases, and after a very short discussion, Vartan dealt with the matter with no fuss, no drama, and I left the store with only positive things to say about Cookies, Melrose.
