I've been to just about every dispensary in the L.A. region and this by far is the best hands down. Been a customer since they opened years ago. The people they hire have always been the friendliest and most knowledgeable. The only change is the layout of the operation which is set up for the best experience possible. Well lit and clean with friendly staff. I won't go anywhere else. I've tried the rest and my loyalty stands with what I consider the best. I officially HATE this store. NEVER update times on anything. They put out flyers for promos but dont specify times, and blame the customers for not knowing. Fed up. DONT go To universal collective. So many other shops who actually care and put times out so ppl dont waste their time driving 30 minutes for no damn reason.
