They don't practice social distancing at all. I went in for the first time today and we were packed in like sardines. Masks seem to be optional as well. I understand owners are greedy most of the time in any business but this isn't fair to your staff who are talking to all those people daily with what seemed to be zero ventilation. I work in the industry, I get it, but screw the people who think it's ok to blatantly put your staff at risk like that. You need to have someone in line enforcing social distancing and masks. It's not a difficult concept. I left immediately.

Worst experience ever ! Hard of hearing to begin with , trying to hear the lady at the front window talking threw a mask and plexiglas, really !! Hey turn the freakin music up even louder to make it more difficult to hear , and those doors constantly slamming ! Not going back , way to loud ! Will find somewhere else to purchase product ! No stars , but I still have to touch a star to post this, seriously! Lol

Great and affordable place. It sucks the employees dont get to keep the tips we leave. The cash tips go back to the business. Ive left tips several times not knowing.

I normally love this place and get the best prices here but not a happy customer at all today. Got home to find out one of my concentrate jars was completely empty. Tried to call the store and you cant even talk to anyone it's all an automated system. I live an hour away so driving back to tell them this is not easy. The brand is madrone grown stay away from these I lost out on 25 bucks. Would be cool if Bluefire could give me a different one but I have no way of contacting them I hope they read this
