This store is the most eco-friendly store I found in Palo Alto area. As an environmentalist, I have always been searching for zero-waste stores where you can bring your own jar to get spices, shampoo and etc. They also offer many containers and food storage to help you get rid of plastic and glass waste. I really appreciate their concept:)

Was checking out and clerk was really unprofessional. Asked if I brought any bags I said no and she responded um well do you want one? Her tone sounded rude. She was scanning the vegetables and she didnt know what one bag contained so In a rude way asked me what do you have in here? Brussels sprouts? Why ask me if you clearly know What it is.. When she was putting my things in the bags she threw everything in like it was garbage. She took her sweet time.. took her about 5 min to process 10 things. Very bad costumer service

Still has bulk organic whole grains, which I can't find elsewhere.
