I was originally frustrated, not with the service... service is always personable and friendly.... but with the no returns or exchanges policy.I recently purchased some items to which I was brand new and I grabbed pieces that werent intended for one another. When I got home and realized my error, i returned to try to switch things out and was told that couldnt happen. I was upset and took my purchase elsewhere. I called the next day, in Hope's of getting someone higher in command. While that didnt happen, the gentleman who answered the phone gave me the information needed to contact the owner.When I left Jordan a message, he called back same day and really went above and beyond to swap everything I needed and even found work around at no expense to meI was genuinely and pleasantly surprised, as I felt stuck between my own lack of experience and the posted no exchange policy.Eventually, all was made right. Very happy.

Bought E juice vape by mistake when I needed a nic salt vape. I wasnt able to return it since I had filled the pod and taken a few hits. Even though they couldnt accept the return the owner still hooked me up with a discounted nic salt vape and free bottle of liquid. Great customer service
