My first time in they gave me two quality gram prerolls for $2. They even gave me a discount on my overall purchase because I was 60cents short :)

I have been going to 3 Bros on Fair Ave since they opened and I like their product and the convenience of living 3 mins away. I never had a bad experience until today.I bought a preroll 2 days ago, & was about to smoke with a friend. As I light up the preroll I noticed the flower in it felt a bit too compacted so tried to massage it out a bit. Once attempting to light it up & inhale i noticed I wasnt inhaling anything. My friend tried it as well and nothing out of it either. We thought it just felt like clogged or something because as hard as we were trying to hit it, we were not getting anything. So I put it out & put it back in the container & decided I would go back to ask for an exchange or refund based on the fact that the preroll I had just purchased was faulty. Once in at 3 bros I explained the situation and gave them the faulty product. Instead of offering a replacement or refund the best they offered was 10% on new product & said sorry its a hit or miss sometimes. I had just purchased a full priced product in which I had no fault in it being faulty and the solution given, in my opinion was not the fairest. Mind you, the person in front of me at the time of purchase was offered a special they had going that if you left a review on google or weed maps you can purchase a preroll for a $1. They didnt even verify if he submitted a review. Customer asked if Do I have to do it right now? Cashier said No Its okay I trust you and walked away with a ONE DOLLAR preroll. Im 6 feet away so its obvious I can hear. Then I walked up to order a preroll right after the gentleman and was not even mentioned the same special or given the chance at it. So I paid FULL PRICE.So I come home with a faulty product then return it and couldnt simply get an exchange? I dont know if Ill be back. Its just basic customer service as a business as well. Well heres my review. Ill take that $1 pre roll now.

this place has the nicest staff and a wide selection with products I dont usually see elsewhere! Sarah was so nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. definitely would recommend!

Polite but a little hard to price and uncomfortable at times to navigate given the current condition. I would probably rather have everything behind a counter, but that's just me.
