Sonoma Patient Group

Did not allow me services because I was a new patient. I was at there location at 6:35 standing in line. When the 3 patients that were in front got served I was informed that I wouldn't be helped now that it was 6:55 and I was a new patient that would take too long and they closed in 5 minutes.

I used to go to sparc all the time. I shopped at sonoma patient group once, and I've almost never gone to sparc again, though it's closer to my house. The people who work at SPG are amazing. I have never had a bad experience with any of the people who work here. Every single one of them is kind, friendly, and polite every time I come in. In addition to having superior service they have an excellent selection of vape cartridges. I only use cartidges so I can't comment on the other areas, but when it comes to consistently having a huge selection of strong quality vape cartidges SPG far outshines other places I've visited. The only constructive criticism I would offer is to list the actual thc% of the cartidges you currently have, as opposed to just listing a range of possible strengths. The only thing I miss from SPARC was being able to pick out my cartidges from the website, as they always list exact THC %.

Very nice place, not on lockdown mode with gates and all like other places. Comforting

Went in a week ago and they spent 5 min selling me a $40 live resin cartridge. When I got home, it was a jar of dab resin. Today i went back and told them what happened. Instead of offering to fix it for me or, even accept responsibility for wasting my time and money, theyturned me away because I was just under a dollar short for today's purchase. I wont be returning.
