I am nine months into recovery from lumbar fusion back surgery. Most of my recovery, I have to toughed it out by not taking any medications at all. When I couldnt take it anymore, I would take Tylenol or ibuprofen. My husband kept trying to get me to try CBD oil. I was afraid that it would make me high. I finally gave in and went into peak performance with my husband to learn the difference between CBD oils. I was pleased to be informed that full spectrum hemp oil would not make me high, So I gave it a try that day. By the next day I did not have to use ibuprofen. The hemp oil immediately helped me with all over body pain. I have now been on the hemp oil for over a month. I am amazed at the difference not only in my surgical area but in my entire body. I am so much more comfortable. I have been able to start going to the gym on a regular basis without being in so much pain I cant hardly walk the next day. I feel like a completely different person. I just wish I would have found performance both before and after my surgery. It wouldve saved me a lot of pain and suffering.
