Another 5 star experience at Terrapin. First visit at the Longmont location. Im still a fairly new customer, needing help for chronic pain. Every staff member was so welcoming, and Jake was kind, patient and helpful. I really appreciate all of you. Terrapin has suggested products and theyve helped. Thank you very much.

I wish i could love this dispensary but lately they have almost nothing in stock. It would only make sense to increase product availability if something is in high demand. These past few days terrapin has been out of everything, and anything they get goes way too quick. They are not ordering enough at all, I have had my online reservations canceled because they were out of something I ordered in advance. This used to be a great dispensary, now it is just going south. Unfortunately Ill be finding another dispo from now on
