They always favored the rec side of the business, always running out of wax or have none left but always have plenty for the rec side also to why does rec open b4 med side i guarantee others that have there med card do not favor or like this place at all

I have been going here for a while now I enjoy Boulder Built and Binske, if they have. Which is not my issue. My issue is I have called and come in several times to no Boulder Built after being told there is. I have been given free items to make up for their mistakes yet it keeps happening. The security guard wants to answer all your questions but has absolutely 0 knowledge of what's in stock or what they even sell. When speaking with a manager today his offered solution is that I take it upon my self to bypass their issues and use weed maps from now on to see their live inventory. Instead of addressing ANY of the in house issues. This idea that customers need to do anything to make your establishment a more efficient place is absurd and I would love to know the management playbook this came from. I visited multiple times a week and will longer support this establishment.
