I got a pre roll from here and the joint was nothing but water leaves. Called and told them and was told that they will give me a discount on my next purchase. Very disappointed with what I got today!!! Will go in tomorrow for my discount and will not be returning to any of their locations.

I can't give you a 5 star rating after the last couple visits. I know all about an employee's medical ailments after listening to your ID checker, yesterday, telling me and everyone in line his name, his medical problems, how this guy thinks the one with medical issues is faking it, why he thinks that, and how it really puts the rest of the employees out. Not only should that not be part of the customer experience, but I don't think it's legal to disclose a coworker's medical issues... Everyone in line was uncomfortable hearing it, but he wouldn't stop.My next concern is about masks. This morning I saw the first customer walk in and out never wearing one, and then I saw the manager without one. Why isn't this manager setting the precedent?
