Called a few other doctors in the Palm Bay office but non seemed legitimate or that they even cared about my issues. I have been suffering from PTSD now for nearly 15 years and MMJ was the only form of medicine that has ever worked for me. I moved here from CA a few months ago and wanted to get my MMJ card in FL as soon as I became a resident. I called the office, Set up my initial consultation with the doctor, brought all my medical history with me so they could review. I spoke with the doctor for nearly 45 minutes after my initial physical and was recommended to become a patient. I sent the forms into the state to the compassionate care office. It took the state about 2 weeks to approve my recommendation and they emailed me my Patient ID number. From there I called the office back to schedule my first actual consultation where the Dr. recommended a Low THC and High CBD treatment. Once the recommendation had been assigned to my Patient ID card I was able to fill it at the local dispensary. Overall I give them a 5 star and SUPER happy with their customer service and actually caring about the patient! Dr. R followed up with me personally in 2 weeks just to make sure I was good, that meant alot to me!

The staff here are phenomenal, everyone from the front to the doctors themselves. They were happy to answer any questions I had (and there were a bunch.) If you need to get your medical card I'd recommend coming here.

great team of people that know the process very and very transparent. don't expect every patient to get the card ,they will screen and make sure to have your medical records to prove your condition! they operate like a real doctor's office and they made me feel safe about it.
