Today will be the last time I buy from cool vapers. Iv been supporting this store since 2015. Iv been overcharged over and over I dont know what has happened there. They are rude and unhelpful .

These guys are amazing! I was having trouble with my mod that I have grown attached too. Most vape shops would have looked at me and said, lady it isn't going to work. Not these guys. They spent 20 minutes working on the problem until it was fixed. Then through in an extra coil for 'my' inconvenience. I haven't had that kind of customer service from any store in a very long time. So thank you Cool Vapors! You've got a life long customer in me.
