I love the attentive service that U get when I visit the store. They're very organized & friendly. However, today for some strange reason, they couldn't find my account & I had to create a NEW one! I'm not sure why that happened but I didn't like it because I'm a good customer!

My wife spoke to her sister, who sent her a picture of different supplements she might want to try. So I went to find them at vitamin shoppie. The nice lady looked at my picture, said 'Yes, we have each one of those.' Wow, does she know her inventory, or what? Then she asks me to follow her. We proceed through the maze of aisles as she reaches for EXACTLY the right item each time. Four items i need, and she knew exactly where they were. AMAZING!And then she shared with me that i didnt need 4 different items because they offer an item that combines 2 of the ingredients together. So I saved money too.

I love the selection. I come in the store, welcomed right away but not followed. When I did have a question, the staff knew exactly where to find it. When I needed a recommendation he offered me a product he had personally tried, and for the best value, instead of trying to push the most expensive thing on the shelf. I trust them and would recommend this place for hard to find, unique, natural or high quality products at a good price.
