I Just moved up here to Gwinnett County about 5 Months ago and Ive been to a lot of Vape/Smoke shops and some are good and over priced, But my Friends over at *1Smoke* are the best in this Business, Because they Prefer QUALITY over QUANTITY and I dont mind Spending my Money with them because I have first hand experience of top notch customer service and nothing over priced.....BEST SHOP, and **NO** they are not paying me

I drive 45 minutes to this location specifically for their knowledge and advice with products, attention to detail, and most importantly because they go out of their way to make the customer leave happy.Bought some coils I mistook for what I needed and assumed as is almost always they case in this environment that I was stuck with useless to me coils. They worked with me to find what I needed, swapped the useless for useful, and ordered more for future purchase.Haven't yet had a displeasing visit here.

Best smoke shop Ive ever been to. The husband and wife makes you feel a part of your family and they are always willing to point you in the right direction in merchandise you should purchase. They never pressure you into buying the most expensive thing, but instead they find ways for you to get the best deal and enjoy your product. I was driving by a few weeks ago and noticed a vape shop that was closer to where i lived. Came inside to check it out and to get my rig fixed up. The man there helped me out and even set me up with some pretty nice flavors. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who vapes.

I've been coming to this smoke shop for over a year now and they are AWESOME!! When I was diagnosed with colon cancer and wanted to try CBD for my pain they explained each product and helped me choose the one best for my condition. Since then I've brought my family members and close family to get all their CBD products and more. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. 1st time visiting this store to buy vape juice. I purchase a bottle for $20 and left the store. When I got home, the top of the bottle wouldn't open so I went back to the store. The lady in this place was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I simply walk in and informed the lady that the top wouldn't open. She stated 'THE BOTTLE WAS SEALED SO YOU MUST HAVE BROKEN IT'. I wasn't asking for a refund, just another bottom and to fix the 1st bottle I purchased. She give me another bottle that opened but the top was defected and wouldn't close correctly. Again, she states 'THE BOTTLE WAS SEALED SO IT MUST HAVE BEEN SOMETHING I DID WRONG'. Keep in mind, I opened it up right in front of her. I did everything in my power not to cuss her A$$ out. She keep stating 'I GAVE YOU ANOTHER BOTTLE, THE LIQUID IS GOOD SO THE TOP DOESN'T MATTER. As a customer, the top does matter so we need to watch how we spend our money if a business isn't going to be professional about selling products in our neighborhood. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN, EVER.
