Really nice staff! However I was buying bulk spices to reduce plastic and they will not let you bring your own container. They will give you plastic and allow you to transfer it but that defeats the purpose.

The customer service is the best and is like no other. The store is well staffed and every time I visit I am greeted and asked if I need help. I usually know what I need, however if I have a question they are happy and eager to assist me. The selection of health products is more than I've seen at any other herb store within my area. I've been a customer since 2011 and will continue to shop here whenever in the area.

Terrible!!! Service is the worst. Also, Joseph needs to learn how to speak with customers on the phone.. I will never shop there again.

I love this place i don't like taking prescription drugs so this is my natural go to place .i always get more than i go for good customer service and the tea and smoothies are delicious. Just wish to h there was on in Decatur.
