Prescription call in 10 hrs before arrive, a simple antibiotic. Still was not ready.

Waited 20 minutes on phone to get refill of husband meds that were transferred from Harvey's, theres a reason why I never bring my scripts to CVS, they're lazy and rude! After this refill I'm moving meds to trumarx!

6 months of dealing with their system and apps trying to fill RXs each month. Doesn't matter how you request refills whether app, phone, in person...you don't get them because THEY never got the request. Calls to real people mean waiting for ungodly amounts of time for someone to answer (if they even answer). Contacting them about the problem results in request for more info even though you've already told them the problem and no resolution ever comes. Corporate could care less. GO SOME WHERE ELSE! that's my recommendation.
