Since they went to the new way to pick up its been a lot better. But @illinois supply and provisions I have spent a lot of money with you all over this last two weeks over 1k and this last two time I have came the flower has had a lot of seeds in it. The lilac diesel, mandarin cookies, and the cheese hate to complain but the amount of money Im spending I would love to have no seeds... this is the only reason I Gave 3 stars other than that customer service and speed of check out even the shuttle driver all get 5 stars

I have been coming to your store for the last four years, the customer service is top notch! Brady has greatly improved the overall customer service, with a keen eye for details, I cannot say enough about the overwhelming postitve energy the team has shown everday. You can literally feel the love that each employee gives every customer!

As always they were so compassionate and fast with my order. I was under a lot of pain, and they had my order ready. The nice lady that helped me explained two new products I bought today.

Not bad weed. Half the workers are unfriendly, the other half very friendly. Weird mix. Their system however is absolutely abhorrent though. I was told you can walk to the dispensary instead of taking shuttle. Only to walk all the way there and be told I need a red ticket to get in if I dont take the shuttle. Multiple people walked there just to get sent back. Completely unprofessional and they need to clearly communicate that you need a red ticket before you walk. Get the system worked out.
