American Smoke & Vape

American smoke and vapor stole my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sold me disposable stig pods that did not fire up and that had eroded batteries!!!!! I just bought the stig brand new and it stopped working 1 hour later. I opened it up and was barely even able to get the bottom piece off because the battery had eroded and exploded and glued it shut! Please see the pictures. They sell old vapes from years ago. This has happened to me two times now!!!! I was a regular at this store for over a year and now I will never spend my money here again! Not only are the battery's exploded inside the stig it is unsafe for users!!!! Many times my device has tasted burnt and has gotten extremely hot from the battery having gone bad! Hot to the point where I can feel it through the plastic cover. This is NOT okay.Just letting owner know that you unfortunately lost my loyal business to you which was easily about $150-$200 dollars a month. I did just have this issue and went back to manager to address it he gave me one new stig but I cant keep going back telling him they are broken because then he wont believe me even when I am being honest.

Came in during Fathers Day weekend looking for a gift for my dad, and was helped out right away with what I needed and at a good price, definitely coming back here glad I stopped in.
