I filed a complaint at the Jiffy Lube corporate number which supposedly will be forwarded to the franchisee. I hope the owner reaches out to me because I have had terrible service experiences. Once they did not rinse off the old oil which left my garage with a large puddle of oil. Another time they did not secure the plastic under cover and it half-way came off on the expressway which could have been dangerous for drivers behind me had it come off completely. Today, I was turned away because they will only use the exact oil viscosity recommended by the manufacturer however Honda of Orland Park advises 5w30 would be fine so long as it is synthetic or synthetic blend. There is a constant turnover of staff which probably also affects their services. Not going back there anymore. Its very convenient for me but I had too many issues.

I always try to go in on a Wednesday and have no wait for service. The work is done right, fast, and I don't look at the price sheet because the convenience of this locations efficiency makes it worth while! The whole team is excellent and I truly believe is trustworthy.
