I give this place 10 stars!!! I have to say Chris was absolutely amazing!! He really knows his stuff on vaping!!! I wanted to quit smoking and I Google vape places close to me and here we are!!! From the time I walked in and every time I've been there he's been a GEM!! I was nervous cause I really wanted to Make sure i was not going to go back to smoking, and He explained everything to me step by step, which product to start with and what to end up with in the future!! How to lessen my juicing milligrams by changing the intensity on the vape hit!!! I mean EVERYTHING I needed to know !!! I will ONLY go to cignot for my vaping needs!! I've visited multiple cignot locations since and I've NEVER EVER LEFT UNHAPPY!!!! THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!!

COVID THREAT.AVOID. I suggest you read this.I used to love this place. In fact, for full disclosure, I used to happily work there on Sundays until Sunday business income unfortunately could not support it. I left on good terms. I am not a 'disgruntled employee' in the least.I bought copious vape supplies eliquid on Friday, May 15, 2020 with employee Chris at the store. (*He's somewhat short in stature with a goatee and dark hair for those looking out.)The sticker outside the door has given warning about the employee will wear masks to protect everyone. As shown in the security footage provided, the employee Chris not only blatantly broke the posted store promise multiple times and also thereby threated my well-being through his recklessness.I tried discussing this in depth with the company owner, Vicky C. She told me that she was going to give him a 'Talking To'.That's insufficient and I'll explain why.As a previous employee, I have multiple experiences that mere talk from the owner Vicky to employees goes nowhere. Because there are no consequences.I feel Vicky has been willfully negligent. As a result, I must advise customers to Stay away and order from elsewhere online. Save your money by doing so. Save your life. That's part of the reason some reading this review vape rather than smoke, I'd imagine.If you think lung cancer is bad, please consider COVID19. I was wearing a mask, but the particulate Chris exhaled went on store product which then got to me.Now I feel unwell and there's a non-zero chance Cignot may have gotten me sick.If you need vape stuff very quickly, I understand as one who vapes myself. In which case I'd suggest Vapes by Iteo on Madison... walking distance from Cignot. Knowledgeable staff. Good selection. By all means, see Iteo's reviews if you'd like.

I have been dealing with Cignot and its owner for many years (2013) and just really felt it was time to give some props for the ever constant terrific customer service and attention.Few retailers are as helpful and experienced as this chain; we're all very lucky to have them. During this CV19 time, it has been very stressful on everyone and just talking to the owner instills calm, lol! Keep up the great work, you guys are the best!!!!
