Blue River Pharmacy is the best! Amazing customer service and quality hard-to-find products. Definitely preferred to the big chains. Support local!!

Don't expect to get courteous service here. But they do have a wide selection of products within the pharmacy. I've visited here twice and both times the people behind the counter were rude and the second time I waited nearly 15 minutes for them to wait on me. Filling prescriptions seems to be their only focus.Update: Shortly after my initial post, the owner of the pharmacy reached out to me to discuss the issues I posted. I can say now he is dedicated to quality customer service and indicated he is constantly working to improve in that regard. His pharmacy has high quality products for sure and after my discussion with him I am confident I will return to support his local business efforts. A businessman truly concerned about serving the public as Paul is should be commended! Based on my discussion with him I am updating my post to 5 stars.

The pharmacists really care about their customers. They went above and beyond helping us find affordable Keppra for our dog during the Keppra shortage. We have since switched all of our prescriptions to this pharmacy.
