I called in asking about a smok rpm 80. I was told they had 5 colors in stock. Upon arrival, I called in and asked for a smok rpm 80. What I recieved was the rpm 40. While this device is nice, it is not at all what I asked for. So not only was I lied to on the phone once, but then they screwed my order up. I called back in and was told that all they had were rpm80 pro's, which contradicts the information I received this morning. Not only would it have cost me more, but I would have been forced to purchase a separate battery. I wanted the rpm 80 for the internal battery! It's what I called and asked for. I never said pro. The representative I spoke with was ANYTHING but thorough. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and could never recommend this place to anyone.

Very trustworthy place with a good selection, and excellent service although it's a little pricey.
